TIMER FUNCTION
It is possible to programme the hood to automatically switch off after 15 minutes.
Timer” is activated by tapping „T” button during operation of the hood with the required
fan speed. The dot above the T will appear indicating that the device is in the switch-off time
programming mode.
TIMER function can be cancelled by pressing T button again during counting of the time.
TIMER function has to be actuated within 20 seconds, otherwise the hood will return automati-
cally to normal operation.
The microprocessor system may get deleted or crash during momentary voltage drops in the
network, and stop responding to commands from the keyboard. In such case the hood has to be
disconnected from and then connected again to the power network in order to reset the system.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The hood should be cleaned regularly to maintain well and flawless working and extend the
hood’s lifetime. Make sure to replace the grease filters according to the manufacturer’s
recommendations.
Before performing any maintenance isolate the hood from the electrical supply.
Cleaning
The cooker hood should be cleaned regularly (at least with the same frequency with which you
carry out maintenance of the fat filters) internally and externally. Clean using the cloth dampened
with neutral liquid detergent. Do not use abrasive products. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL!
Cleaning stainless steel
It is recommended to use a cleaning agent specifically intended for stainless steel (non-abrasive)
and to maintain stainless steel fronts with an aftercare agent specifically intended for stainless
steel. Apply with a soft cloth.
Metal grease filter
This must be cleaned once a month either by hand or in the dishwasher. Use gentle dish soap
(avoid using concentrated dish soap) and hot water (max. 50° C).
Attention: When washed in a dishwasher, the grease filter may discolour slightly.
ATTENTION: The filters can make fire hazard if they are not cleaned according to
above-mentioned.
WARNING: Failure to carry out the basic cleaning recommendations of the cooker hood and
replacement of the filters may cause fire risks. Therefore, we recommend observing these
instructions. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage to the motor or any
fire damage linked to inappropriate maintenance or failure to observe the above safety
recommendations..
