REFER TO THE TROUBLESHOOTING SECTION ABOVE FOR OPERATION DETAILS
Return 2 Sensor Fault
When the mixing 2 section is set to
SNOW and a Return Sensor open circuit occurs, the control will display RETURN 2 OPEN. If a
short circuit occurs, the control displays
RETURN 2 SHRT. When a fault with the Return 2 Sensor is present, the control continues
to do snow melting.
Slab Sensor Fault
When the Slab Sensor is open circuited or missing during snow melting operation, the control will display SLAB OPEN. If a short circuit
occurs, the control displays SLAB SHRT. When a fault with the Slab sensor is present, the control shuts down the snow melting system.
tN2 Error
When the wires on the tN2 device (Remote Display Module 040 or Snow melt Enable Device 038) are reversed or the contacts are
shorted the control displays
tN2 SHRT and continues normal operation.
