8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Q: No display / image shown in the monitor
A: This Flex Mount Backup Cam supports dual camera system, check the following:
1) Follow Section 4 in this manual to ensure proper installation.
2) Toggle the channel button on the monitor to view Camera 1. There is no image from
another channel unless another Type S camera (Not included) is connected.
Q: How do I adjust the parking aid lines?
A: You can adjust the parking aid line that appears in your monitor. When the Parking Aid Line is
engaged, press and hold the Parking Aid Line button for 3 seconds, then press the “+” or “-” to adjust
up or down on the monitor.
Q: Parking aid line is flashing
A: It is aid line adjustable mode, press the “+” or “-” to adjust up or down on the monitor. There are a
total of 10 adjustments that can be made. Press enter to confirm the setting.
Q: Trouble adjust parking aid line?
A: Press “Parking Aid Line” button once to show the aid line on screen. Then press and hold for 3
second to enter aid line adjustable mode.
Q: Why do images seem far off?
A: The camera has a wide view fish eye lens to allow view of not only what is directly behind you but
also off to the side. As you get closer to an object the depth perception will change.
product has been damaged or rendered faulty by accident, abuse, misuse, incorrect application
or if the product has been modified or tampered with. Proof of purchase is required to validate
warranty claims. If this product is faulty, simply return it to the place of purchase with your
receipt for a replacement product. No refunds of credits will be issued. Replacement is limited
to a Type S product of the same or similar model.
