Handle the hard disk with care when installing it and never touch bare
electronics.

Change the hard disk.
Fix the drive rail with the two screws and the buffer screws to the hard disk.
Please pay regard to the cor rect fitting position. 

Insert the hard disk in reverse order.  
Make sure that the buffer screws are corresponding to the stampings in the
base plate (see arrows).
