There are stripes on the screen or colors fade.
•
There may be interference from other appliances.
•
There may be interference between the video source cable and the
power cable. Make sure the power and video cables are not
touching.
•
Check the Hue, Saturation and Color adjustments.
Note:
If an issue cannot be immediately resolved, unplug the power cord for 8~10 seconds. Then
check again to see if the TV is operating normally. It may be necessary to perform a factory
reset to solve some issues.
To initiate a factory reset, perform the following steps:
1. Press down and hold the CH Up button located on top of the LCD TV.
2. Press the Power button on the remote control until the LED light turns on.
3. Keep holding the CH Up button until “RESET” appears on the screen.
4. The factory reset is now complete. Check again to see if the TV is back to normal.
