How to set up Restrictions using the “MPAA” Rating
The MPAA ratings system for parental controls uses the Motion Picture Association of America
(MPAA) ratings system for movies. When the parental controls are enabled, the TV will
automatically block any programs that are coded with MPAA ratings codes that you deem
objectionable.
1. Press the
MENU
button to display the main menu.
2. Press the
VOL (+)
or
VOL (-)
button to select the TV
Setting menu.
3. Press the
ENTER
button to access TV Setting .
4. Press the
UP
or
DOWN
button to move the cursor to
the Parent Control sub-menu then press the
ENTER
button.
5. The “ Please Enter Pin: ” screen will appear. Input
your 4 digit PIN number.
6. After entering a valid PIN number, the Parent
Control screen will appear. Press the
UP
or
DOWN
button to select the “ MPAA (PG-13) ” then press the
ENTER
button.
