Watching TV
3.1 Before You Can Watch TV
Selecting TV or Cable TV
After connecting to a VHF/UHF antenna or cable TV, you need to switch the display to the
correct input source. Use the OSD to select between TV or cable:
1. Press
the
MENU
button to open the OSD main menu.
2. Press the
X
button twice to select the antenna icon and press
ENTER
to open the
Setup
Menu
.
3. Press
X
or
W
to select
TV
or
Cable
depending on the input source.
4. Press
ENTER
to activate your selection.
Scanning TV Channels (VHF/UHF Antenna Only)
When using the LCD TV for the first time it is recommended that you scan all available TV
channels and store them in memory. Once the available channels have been memorized, it is not
necessary to scan for available channels in the future.
NOTE:
It is not necessary to scan for channels when using a cable TV providers set top box. If using a set
top box, it is important that the TV channel matches the set top box default channel (normally CH3 or CH4).

Channel Edit

Auto Scan
