EIST (P- states)

When enabled, OS sets CPU frequency according load. When disabled, CPU

frequency is set at max non-turbo.

Turbo Mode

Turbo mode allows a CPU logical processor to execute a higher frequency when

enough power is available not exceed CPU defined limits.
