Suction is taken from the skimmer at the pool surface to the water pump
on the bottom of the pool. Due to gravity, precipitate heavier impurities.
Later the water will circulated downwards to bio-cells. So the nitrifying
bacteria produced by bio-cells will resolve NH3 and NH2 to non-poisonous.
Finally, the water is circulated downwards through UV-C clarify. So the al-
gae, bacteria and microorganisms will be killed. After filtration, the water
will be returned to the pool via outlet.
CAUTION:the filter material need to be washed at intervals to remove the
particles. Or use its retained backwash system if the pressure exceeds
0.3bar.
INSTALLATION
INSTALL FILTER
1> Place the filter on a horizontal and clean place.
2> Place the filter in its final location
3> Install the connections, inlet, outlet, drain (1 ½ inches hose)
4> Install the pressure gauge by handwork. Do not use tool to tighten.
INSTALL FILTER MATERIAL
In order to obtain maximum efficiency from your filter, it should be filled
with 30% filter materials.
1> Connecting pipe after position
2> Open the filter cover
3> Fill the filter with water to half capacity.
4> Pour the required quantity of filter materials inside.
(
CAUTION
: not drop any inside the inner pipe.)
5> Clean the sealing at the joint part.
6> Fix the filter cover in place
CAUTION
1> the filter should be installed as close as possible to the pool and best in
the water 0.5meters below,
2> Make sure there is drainage available at the place where the filter is to
be installed.
3> Always leave enough space around the filter in order to perform the
necessary. Examinations and maintenance during the filter’s life.
FILTRATION PROCESS
This selector valve has a handle of 5 positions that selects any of the nec-
essary operations to obtain the maximum efficiency from the filter.
CAUTION
: Please always switch off the pump when changing the position
of the selector valve.
FILTER
When the pump switched off, place the handle of the selector valve in the
“filtration” position, switch on the pump. During the operation, it is advis-
able to observe the pressure gauge from time to time as the indicated the
