If the fault cannot be remedied, please contact the respective trade or get in
touch with your nearest Wilo customer service or agent.
Pump does not start. Press “button” (Fig. 1, item 16)
for pump indicated. If it starts,
the pump was switched off by
a command from the interface
RS 485.
Check whether the “off” con-
trol contact on the DigiCon-A
is closed.
Open the “off” control contact
on the DigiCon-A.
Override the “on” control
contact, if the pump is now
running, BMS sends the
command “pump off”
continuously via the RS 485. Switch on the pump in the BMS.
Check whether the control
contact “Ext. Off” at the pump
is open. Override “Ext. Off” at the pump.
Wiring fault between pump
and DigiCon. Check cable.
No mains voltage at the pump. Restore mains voltage.
Fault at the pump. Remedy fault.
“Pump Communica-
tion” signal lamp
lights up red. Communication between
DigiCon and pump defective • Check cable.
• Check IF-Module.
The “Bus Communi-
cation” signal lamp
lights up red
constantly or now
and then. Communication between
DigiCon(s) and BMS defective • Check the BMS, alternatively,
temporarily disconnect RS 485
at the transfer point and
control pump(s) locally at the
DigiCon.
• RS 485 cable: check connec-
tion, termination resistances
and cable screen.
