故障

原因

排除方法

水泵不启动或停止。

水泵堵塞。

切断电机电源。排除堵塞原
因。如果电机堵塞：检修/更
换电机/电机叶轮组。

机械密封安装错误。

拆卸机械密封，更换损坏的零
件，根据说明书安装机械密
封。

电缆端子松动。

检查所有电缆连接。

电气保险丝损坏。

检查保险丝，更换损坏的保险
丝。

电机损坏。

联系 Wilo 客户服务部门或专
业公司检查电机，必要时进行
维修。

电机保护开关触发。

将水泵出口侧调至额定体积流
量（见铭牌）。

电机保护开关错误设置

将电机保护开关设置为正确的
额定电流（见铭牌）。

电机保护开关受到环境温
度过高的影响

更换电机保护开关或者用隔热
层保护。

PTC 热敏电阻跳闸单元触
发。

检查电机和风扇罩是否脏污，
必要时清洁。

检查环境温度，必要时通过强
制通风将环境温度设为
≤ 40 °C。

水泵低功率运行。

旋转方向错误。

检查旋转方向，必要时更改。

出口侧截止阀节流。

慢慢打开截止阀。

速度过低

端子跨接错误（用星形代替三
角形）。

吸入管路中有空气

排除法兰泄漏。为水泵排气。
如果泄漏明显，则更换机械密
封。

水泵发出噪音。

吸入压力不足形成气蚀。

增大吸入压力。注意进水口的
最小进流压力。检查吸入侧的
滑阀和过滤器，必要时进行清
洁。

机械密封安装错误。

拆卸机械密封，更换损坏的零
件，根据说明书安装机械密
封。

电机轴承损坏。

联系 Wilo 客户服务部门或专
业公司检查水泵，必要时进行
维修。

叶轮发生摩擦。

检查联接架和电机之间以及联
接架和泵壳之间的接触面和定
心装置，必要时进行清洁

检查联轴器滑动面和电机轴配
合面，必要时清洁并涂抹少许
润滑油。
