CLASSIC PINK LEMONADE
Make this classic drink the natural way without food coloring or artificial flavors.
1 lemon, sliced
Juice from 5 lemons
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
5 cups filtered water
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and chill until ready to serve.
Serves 4.
WARM LEMON & CAYENNE DETOX
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
4 cups hot water
Combine the lemon juice, honey and spices. Store covered in the fridge until ready to use. To serve, pour
1/4 of the lemon mixture into a mug. Top up with hot water. Enjoy.
Serves 4.
SWEET SOUTHERN ORANGEADE
A sweeter alternative to lemonade. Great for picnics and outdoor barbecues.
Juice from 6 large oranges
1/4 cup sugar
3 cups filtered water
Combine all ingredients, stir and chill until ready to serve.
Serves 2.
REHYDRATING DRINK
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs. honey or maple syrup
1/8 tsp. sea salt
2 cups coconut water or regular filtered water
Combine all ingredients, stir and serve.
Serves 2.
