Use the large cone for oranges or grapefruits. Fit
the notches on the large cone over the stirrers on
the small cone until the 2 pieces snap together.
(See Figure 5)
Attach the correct sized cone(s) to the juicer. Drop
the cone(s) onto the center stem until they rest on
top of the sieves. (See Figure 6)
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Adjust the pulp control according to the desired amount
of pulp (1 to 5) in your juice. (See Figure 7)
NOTE:
Wash fruit and zest before juicing.
2. Cut citrus fruit in half, laterally.
3. Depending on the size of the fruit,
set the self-reversing cone(s) on top of the sieves.
Center the cut side of the fruit over the top
of the self-reversing cone.
4. Press cut fruit down with adequate pressure. (See Figure 8)
The cone(s) rotate for juicing to begin.
IMPORTANT:
When pressure
is released, the juicer will turn off.
5. Press fruit down again and the cone(s) will rotate
in the reverse direction.
IMPORTANT:
For best results,
repeat steps 4 and 5 several times.
6. Remove and discard used peels.
7. To continue juicing, rinse sieves and change cones, if needed.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 several times.
8. When finished, remove and discard used peels. Unplug the power-supply cord from the electrical outlet.
9. Lift the upper and lower sieves up and off the base stem. Grasp the juice container handle in one
hand and the power base in the other. Turn the juice container counterclockwise to unlock, then lift up
and off the power base.
