The full timestamp including the year, month, day, hour,
minute, and second when the recording started.

Metadata Included in Recordings
Metadata is stored in the recording file in the standard GUANO
format as well as Wildlife Acoustics’ proprietary format. For more

visible in Wildlife Acoustics Kaleidoscope free spectrogram viewer
software and can be tabulated in spreadsheet form using
Kaleidoscope’s converter function. Kaleidoscope software has the
ability to add further metadata relating to analysis of the
