2.4 Functional description
The flow switch works by the calorimetric principle and is used to convert the flow velocity into an electric signal. In
factory setting, the instrument shows the flow value in m/s on the digital display. The following units are available:

Additionally, the instrument measures the medium temperature in °C or °F.
The instrument features the following output signals, depending on the configuration:
