Fix the 15° clamping tools each with three centering bolts on the machine table and tighten them
with hexagon socket nuts.
4.7.1. How to install the reducer inserts (optional)
Reducer inserts and bolts are available for pipe sizes of OD 75 (63) mm up to OD 250 mm.

Always make sure to insert the reducer inserts flush to the machine center.

First mount the largest reducer insert into the lower clamping tool and above the threaded
hole showing to the machine center.

Then put all further reductions over until you have the right size.

After having inserted the last reducer insert, fix the reducers with the flat-head screw.

Mount the reducers into all lower and upper parts accordingly.
4.7.2. How to mount the clamping tool onto the table for angles 0°/30°/45°
If you want to do a straight welding (0°) or fix angle with 30° and
45°, then screw the three centering bolts into the corresponding
drill holes (
