7.9. Protect machine parts against corrosion
In case of air humidity of > 85 % and / or high temperatures, you must treat the untreated steel
parts of the machine with anti-corrosive protecting agent (e.g. AVILUB NCI 9840).
7.10. How to lubricate the guide pipes
Each guiding pipe features a lubricating nipple; it is located almost in the center between both
clamping rings.
•
Regularly (monthly) grease) the guide pipes.
7.11. Transport
•
Shut the clamping rings and clamp them.
•
Drive pipe cutter and heating element into position in a way that both tools fit between the
clamping rings.
•
Swing heating element and planer one after the other into the machine for the transport.
•
Hinge the machine to a suitable tractor unit for the transport within the construction site.
The machine is not suitable and permitted for road traffic.
7.12. Disposal
At the end of the life time, the machine has to be disposed of properly, non-
polluting and in accordance with the national laws of waste disposal.
