- Remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
- Remove any adhesive labels.
- Plug the AC Adapter to the appliance.
- Plug the appliance to the main.

- Put the bottle inside the appliance. Put your bottle collar upwards.
- For a faster cooling or warming effect, it is recommended to place the insulation sleeve
provided on the top part of the bottle.
- Press On/off button to switch on the appliance. LCD display illuminates blue and
“BIBLIOTHEQUE” is displayed.
- Press OK button to view wine regions ( for example: Bordeaux, Jura, chablisien…)
(see list at pages 6, 7 and 8).
- To choose a wine region, use selection buttons
, and press OK button to confirm.
- Use
buttons to select your wine and confirm with OK button.
- LCD shows the wine name and its service temperature.
- The sensor unit detects temperature of the bottle (initial temperature) and compares it
with the service temperature of chosen wine.
• If the bottle temperature is higher than service temperature,
the appliance starts cooling
.
• If the bottle temperature is lower than service temperature,
the appliance starts warming
.
Estimated time : Variation of 1 degree each 4-5 minutes.
Note : If temperature is displayed in Fahrenheit degrees, switch off the appliance by
pressing On/off button.
• Press On/off and OK buttons at the same time for 2 seconds.
• Use
buttons to choose Celsius and press OK button to confirm.
You can switch on your appliance.
