WARRANTY POLICY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN MEXICO
Warranty Policy for products purchased in Mexico
We
warranty
this unit with all its pieces, components and labor in the terms established in the present warranty, from the date it was purchased or the date when
the consumer receives the product presenting the receipt, considering the following:
This policy covers Whirlpool products from the following models: 7MWFW5622HW, 7MWFW6622HW, 7MWFW6621HC,
WFW8620HC
CONCEPTS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
▪
Fabrication defects that impede the total or partially the correct functioning of the unit.
▪
Repair, piece exchange or components
▪
Labor and transportation expenses derived from the fulfillment of the warranty, within our services network.
CONCEPTS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
▪
When the product has been used in different conditions to the normal ones or when it has not been used according to the Use & Care Guide.
▪
When the product has been used in/for Commercial or Industrial conditions.
▪
Labor and the service for:
o
Correct the general connection of your appliance that WAS NOT installed by a Whirlpool authorized technician.
o
Usage explication and demonstration of how your appliance works.
o
Changes or reparations at home: Plumbing, Masonry, Electricity, etc.
▪
Service calls to repair light bulbs, air and water filters.
▪
Aesthetic damages, when the product is exposed outside.
▪
Damage caused to the unit or any other part or replacement, due to inadequate high voltage, defective electrical installations and/or fluctuations in the electrical current.
▪
Damage caused by accidents, alterations, inadequate use, abuse, incorrect installation, installation that did not followed the requirements mentioned in the installation
instructions of the product.
▪
Aesthetic damages, including scratches, dents, chips or any other damage to the finish of the appliance.
▪
The transportation of the appliance by clients request.
▪
Repairs of the product by a person NOT authorized by Whirlpool and/or usage of NOT original pieces.
▪
Damage caused by re ubication and re installation of your appliance, if it was installed in an un accesible place or if it was not installed in comformity with the installation
instructions posted by Whirlpool.
▪
Repair pieces or labor in an appliance with model/serial numbers removed, altered or if they can’t be easily determined.
▪
Damage caused by strange elements to the appliance (Ex: coins, buttons, clothes accessories, etc.)
▪
Damage caused by the inadequate use of products such as chemical or abrasive cleaners, not fabricated, destined and/or recommended to clean appliances.
▪
Damage caused by glass parts, porcelain, plastic parts, or cabinet paint and in general the damages to the aesthetical part of the product, caused by the normal deterioration of
the product or it’s incorrect usage.
▪
Damage caused by an accident, flood, earthquake, fire, natural disasters and in general any natural or human incident, that can be considered as an unfortunate case or
circumstance beyond one’s control.
▪
Damage caused by harmful fauna (rats, insects and/or any other animal).
▪
The normal deterioration of the product, components and/or accessories, same that can be acquired communicating to the referred phone numbers in the lines below.
▪
The general maintenance tasks of the product not originated in failures and/or comprehended in derived reparations of the warranty exigibility.
Procedure to make effective the warranty:
the final consumer consider that an event covered by this policy has happened he/she should call the Whirlpool Contact Center, from Monterrey, N.L. and it’s
metropolitan area to the

in order to carry out a Service requirement. The reparation
time should be in a deadline no longer that 30 days, from the date when the requirement was made. In the date of your service, present the product with the
Warranty Policy

This document should be presented for any transaction related to the warranty of
products acquired inside Mexico, if you purchased your product in other country,
go with the distributor where it was acquired. The consumer should maintain this
document in their power and in a safe place.
The consumer can request for the warranty to be effective on the situations it covers
to the manufacturer of the product in the address and/or phone in the lines below.
In case of loss of the warranty, the consumer needs to present it’s purchase
receipt to make valid the warranty.
