Safety lock locked

Foot Pedal
The foot pedal is equipped with a safety lock

, which prevents operation of the machine
when the foot pedal has been completely
floored. The arrow of the safety lock will rotate
to th
e 3 o’ clock position (Fig. 4.18) and the
machine will not function. To reset the safety
lock, rotate it counter-clockwise to the 12
o’clock position (Fig. 4.17). Now the machine
is ready for operation again!
INFORMATION

Over pressing the foot pedal will trip the safety lock. It will rotate to the 3 o’ clock position
and the machine will not function. To reset the safety lock, rotate it counter-clockwise to
the 12 o’ clock position.

Please note, that the foot pedal must be held-down constantly to ensure a complete
working cycle!

If you release the safety button on the machine or the foot pedal, the crimping process will
be interrupted. If you press the safety button of the machine and the foot pedal again
simultaneously, the crimping process will be continued until its completion.
