Key Switch
The key switch

allows supervisors or
authorized personnel to adjust different
operating modes.
The meaning of the different key positions is
as follows:
Key position I:
Set-Up Mode.
The safety function of safety
buttons is deactivated. The machine can be
operated by pressing the foot pedal (only for
supervisors or authorized personnel!).
The display shows the following symbol:
Touch the icon
to enter the set-up menu
(see chapter 7.3).

Key position I is only allowed to be used
by supervisors or authorized personnel!
After the machine setup, the supervisor
should turn the key switch to key position II
and removed it, so that the operator cannot
change the settings.
Key position II (Fig. 4.7):
On.
All safety adjustments according to CE
are activated. To operate the machine one of
the safety buttons and the foot pedal have to
be pressed.
The display (Fig. 4.8) shows the following
icon:
