Mounting
Priming
ƒ Unscrew the three screws on the bottom of the lamp and slide the ground
stake out of the lamp.
ƒ Choose one of the mentioned connection examples and connect all wires with
the terminals.
ƒ Before closing the connection case, make sure the switch (B1) is in position
ON . Otherwise the battery pack does not have contact to the circuit.
ƒ Make sure that after work the connection case is closed tight.
ƒ Conduct a function test. For this purpose, read the chapter “Start Up”.
Mounting
In opposition to other solar lamps with built-in solar module, you can select the
mounting location of the lamp of your own. As the ambient brightness will be
measured by the solar module, you have to make sure that the lamp does not
illuminate on the solar module. In that case the lamp will, after switching on,
immediately turn off.
ƒ Push the lamp leads through the feed through of the ground stake.
ƒ Place the lamp on the mounting base of the ground stake.
ƒ Tighten the ground stake with the three screws on the lamp case.
ƒ Press the ground stake firmly in the ground and make sure the stake is
securely anchored.
ƒ Connect the solar module and conduct a function test. For this purpose, read
the chapter “Start Up”
