Operating
The stored allocation between the foot switch and the socket-
outlet is deleted.
Maintaining and Cleaning the Consumers
If you want to clean or maintain the consumers, such as changing
the illuminant of a lamp etc., first unplug it from the socket-outlet. It
is not sufficient to switch off the socket-outlet with the foot switch
alone!
Due to the single-pole cut-off and the commonly used transmission
frequency, there is risk of an electric shock if the consumer is switch
on unintentionally.
Troubleshooting
Poor reception indicates that the battery of the foot switch should
be replaced. Observe the polarity when changing the battery.
If the consumer load, for example a reading lamp cannot be
switched on, check if the device is plugged in or if the illuminant
is defective.
Keep in mind that other wireless applications active on the same
frequency band may cause interference. If possible, switch off
those applications while using the foot switch.
Maintenance and Cleaning
If you do not use the foot switch for a long period of time, remove
the battery.
Unplug the socket-outlet before cleaning it.
Do not clean the foot switch and the socket-outlet with abrasives
or aggressive chemicals in order no to damage the surfaces.
Only clean the units with a lightly moistened cloth.
Make sure that no liquids can enter the interior of the foot switch
and the socket-outlet.
