Safety Notes
Please read this manual carefully and use the unit only
according to this manual.
Dispose of used packaging material carefully or store it out of
the reach of children. There is a danger of suffocation!
Observe the valid safety regulations for your workplace.
Work only in well ventilated areas. Hot solder and flux can emit
hazardous fumes.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are
not allowed to use the unit, unless they are supervised for their
safety by a qualified person or are briefed by the responsible
person how to use the unit.
Do not let children play with this device. It is not a toy.
Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the
electric device.
The unit is designed for operation in altitudes of up to 2000 m
above sea level.
Do not run the power cord around sharp edges or over hot
surfaces.
Do not touch any hot surfaces. The soldering tip becomes very
hot during operation.
Do not operate the soldering iron near combustible objects.
Do not work on electrically live parts.
Hold the soldering iron only on the isolated handle.
During breaks and after using the unit, always place the
soldering iron on the stand.
Do not leave the unit unattended while it is turned on. Keep
children away from the unit while it is in operation.
