Operation

dly press the “Select”
button until the a “1” is displayed at the bottom of the display next to
the target value. Press the
“Memo” button. The selected target value
flashes briefly and is saved. It reappears when this function is se-
lect
ed again with the “Select” button.
The compressor comes with three preset values. You can select
these values with the “Select” button: A value for balls is preset (0.7
bar), a value for typical bicycle tyres (3.80 bar), and a values for
typical automotive tyres (2.30 bar). Together with the values a ball,
bicycle or car symbol is displayed in the right hand side of the dis-
play.
With the “Start” button you can turn on the high pressure pump.
The Work Light
The compressor is equipped with a work light (8). The work light turns
on when the compressor is turned on. It turns off a few seconds after
the compressor is turned off.
Inflating Items
Note:
Do not use the compressor for more than 10 minutes continuous-
ly and allow it to cool down for at least 10 minutes. Otherwise, the
compressor may overheat and become permanently damaged.
Inflating with the high Pressure Hose
The air chuck on the high pressure hose (1) can be used without
adaptor to inflate motor vehicle tyres or with any application that has a
valve stem that fits the air chuck opening.
Note:
When inflating items of 1.0 PSI or less, inflate in short bursts and
check after each burst by feel or with a calibrated measuring device to
determine accurate pressure.
Set the desired target pressure.
Clamp the end of the air chuck down onto the valve stem by
pressing air chuck clamp down until it stops or is parallel with the
high pressure air hose.
