1. Unscrew the nosepiece frame head (

) by
using the included Allen Wrench (16). Turn
the wrench counter clockwise to loose the
frame head. Completely remove the nose-
piece frame head (
II
).
2. Loosen the front jaw sleeve (
III
). Unlock the
rear sleeve (
VI
) by using a spanner of the
size 23. Remove the jaw sleeve completely.
Make sure the jaw sleeve and the jaw sleeve
pusher (
V
) cannot be ejected by the spring
load.
3. Clean the jaws (
IV
) e. g. with a steel brush
and mild detergent. If the serrations of the
jaws are worn, replace the jaws by new
onces of the same size. Clean all parts
thoroughly before reassembling.
4. Apply a few drops of oil on the round side of the jaws and insert them into the
jaw sleeve.
