Locking Pin Gear Wheel
Marking Rib
Installing the grass shear blade
5. Turn the gear wheel so that the middle line of the marking rib on the gear
wheel is positioned exactly leftwards.
6. Move the upper blade of the grass blades so that the middle line of the
plastic ring is positioned exactly in the centre of the hole.
7. Place the four locking holes of the grass blades onto the four locking pins
on the gear carriage. Make sure that the cam of the gear wheel completely
snaps into the plastic ring.
8. Warning! Do NOT operate the switch before the blade cover is installed.
Risk of injury!
Turning ON and OFF
1. To turn the grass and hedge shear on, press the safety switch (3) forwards
and then press the ON/OFF switch (4) inwards. To turn off the grass and
hedge shear, release the ON/OFF switch.
