Cleaning and Care Instructions

For normal cleaning, use ordinary detergent for cleaning the pot and the
accessories.
ƒ
In the case of persistent or burned in contaminations do not scrape with
sharp of edges objects in order not to damage the surfaces. Use a com-
mon non-abrasive pot scourer with which you can clean the pot.
ƒ Lime stains can be washed off with vinegar. If your multipurpose pot
looses its shine after extended use, it can be restored to a mirror finish
with polishing compounds for stainless steel cookware.
ƒ A new seal for the lid can be ordered from Westfalia under the article
number 26 53 22.
ƒ Before storing remove the hose clamp to avoid damaging the hose over
time.
ƒ Always open at least one clasp after cooking or extracting juice or any
other use to avoid the lid sticking on the pot.
