Reverse slope tank 

Check that the tank is level or slightly inclined 
towards the drain 

Uninsulated water pipes 

Insulate all the chilled water pipes 

Dirty tank 

Clean the tank to allow for normal condensate 
draining 

Water beads on the 
outlet grille 

Condensation is possible 
in high humidity (> 60%) 
conditions 

Condensate disappears when humidity decreases 
and/or fan speed increases. Condensation in critical 
conditions does not constitute a malfunction. 

The equipment is too 
noisy
