Step C: Install RMC-7XX-G Onto Base Plate
The RMC-7XX-G is designed to attach to a solid base plate, allowing its use in a variety of physical
configurations (mounted horizontally or vertically, inside a case, etc.).
1. Align the slotted screw openings (adjoining and perpendicular to the sides of the unit) with
the properly spaced screw openings on the base plate. These openings are spaced as shown
in Figure 1-5.
Tip:
Use a pencil or soft-tipped marker to mark drill holes on the base plate, if necessary.

2. Set the RMC-7XX-G in place, insert screws, and attach firmly to the base plate.
