CAUTION:
The chassis ground must be connected to the same earthing electrode
conductor as the in building wireless system/repeater.
CAUTION:
The chassis must be located in the same immediate area (such as adjacent
cabinets) as other equipment connected to the in building wireless
system/repeater and earthing electrode conductor. The system cannot be
earthed elsewhere.
No switching or disconnecting devices can occur between the earthed
conductor of the in building wireless system/repeater and the earthing electrode
conductor.
Run and dress the ground wire to accepted company standards.
Use a 3/8” or 10 mm socket wrench or socket driver to loosen and tighten the
ground lug nut to avoid damaging the cabinet.
Notes:
Apply an appropriate antioxidant compound to the bare conductors before crimping
the connector to the connector mating surface.
If necessary, scrape the paint off the ground connection point to assure a good
ground connection, and apply antioxidant to the connection point.
