Activation of transmission of the code ID and the scanned code length.

9.4.4. Preamble and Postamble Characters

Characters can be added to the left (preamble) and to the right (postamble) of the scanned code. Desired
characters have to be entered as numeric values (ASCII decimal representation).
An ASCII table is included in the appendix.
