By pressing the " MODE " button you can switch between the main functions
of the device:
•
Dehumidification function ( DEH ) - The device operates normally
according to programmed settings and operating modes.
•
Laundry drying function ( LAUNDRY ) - The dehumidifier starts
continuous operation mode ( CO ) and sets the fan to high speed. This
function completely ignores the humidity level in the room.
•
Ventilation function ( FAN ) - The dehumidifier turns off the
compressor and starts ventilating the room without drying it .
Press the
„
PUMP
”
button to start the condensate drain pump. After
switching it on, the condensate can be drained to an external tank using a
condensate drain pipe. More informations on page 39.
There is an indication when the water tank is full by a repeated sound and glowing
„
FULL
”
LED on the control panel. Press any button to turn off full tank indication. Empty the water
tank according to the instructions on page 38 .
If the temperature in the
dehumidified room is equal to or lower than 16°C, the device will
periodically start the automatic defrosting procedure of the
„
DEF
”
evaporator. In this
mode, the compressor is turned off for 10 minutes and the fan is set to high gear.
•
If the room temperature is equal to or lower than 16°C but higher than 12°C,
defrosting will start after 45 minutes of operation.
•
If the room temperatur
e is equal to or lower than 12°C but higher than 5°C,
defrosting will start after 30 minutes of operation.
• If the room temperature is higher than 16°C, the
dehumidifier will automatically
check the evaporator temperature by starting defrost when its temperature is too
low.
