Torque the bolt (item 19, 21, and 22) to

3 - 4 in. lbs.

Removing the BASE HOUSING ASSEMBLY
(item 17)

Remove the TOP PANEL ASSEMBLY
(item 1) as instructed in Part A.

Remove the MAIN P.C. BOARD
ASSEMBLY (item 14) as instructed in
Part D, Steps 2 - 4.

Remove the TRANSFORMER
ASSEMBLY (item 8) as instructed in
Part F, Steps 3 - 7.

Remove the RFI FILTER (item 7) as
instructed in Part G, Steps 4 -5.

Remove the BASE HOUSING
ASSEMBLY.

Reassembly is the reverse of disassembly.

Removing the ROTARY SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(item 38).

Remove the TOP PANEL ASSEMBLY
(item 1) as instructed in Part A.

Peel off the PRINTER/CHARGER ESD
LABEL (item 37). Be sure to remove all
the adhesive from the TOP PANEL
ASSEMBLY (item 1).

Remove ROTARY SWITCH
ASSEMBLY.

Reassembly is the reverse of disassembly.

NOTE: Always use a new ESD LABEL (item 37).
