NOTE:

If original contact springs are damaged

replace with:

1 Spring contact P/N 761009
1 Contact block P/N 761010

Use 3/32" hex key to tighten 4-40 x 1 SHCS P/ N
106119-6 (4 required)

Removing the MAIN P.C. BOARD ASSEMBLY
(item 14)

Remove the TOP PANEL ASSEMBLY
(item 1) as instructed in Part A.

Remove the two bolts (made of item 18,
21, and 22) securing the MAIN P.C.
BOARD ASSEMBLY to the BASE
HOUSING ASSEMBLY (item 17).

Lift the MAIN P.C. BOARD ASSEMBLY
high enough to unplug the connector
from the TRANSFORMER ASSEMBLY
(item 8 ) going to the bottom of the
board.

Remove the MAIN P.C. BOARD
ASSEMBLY.

NOTE:

Torque the bolts (items 18, 21, and 22)
to 3 - 4 in. lbs.

Removing the THERMAL PRINTER (Item 11)

Remove the TOP PANEL ASSEMBLY
(item 1) as instructed in Part A.

Remove the MAIN P.C. BOARD
ASSEMBLY (item 14) as instructed in
Part D, Steps 2 - 4

Section 5 - Disassembly and Repair
