. The handheld meter is fitted with NiMh batteries that
are automatically charged by the control circuitry built into the meter.
The unit charges at the rate required by the NiMh batteries for 14
hours.
On completion, the unit continues to “trickle charge”. This ensures
the batteries remain fully charged if left on charge when not in use.
It is recommended that charging only be done when batteries are flat.
This will ensure maximum life of the battery pack.
Charging should only be done with the plug pack supplied with the
unit.
