a. Alternator and related belt is loose, belt
slippage.

Tension alternator and related belt.

b. The joints of charging circuit get loose
causing bad connection

Inspect all connections of charging circuit.

c. Dirt accumulation at slip ring,
excessive wear of electric brush, or brush
spring is weak or broken

Remove dirt, or replace electric brush and its spring.

d. Regulator damaged.

Replace the regulator.

Abnormal noise from alternator
