Misalignment of light fixture to opener
Adjust light fixture alignment of receiver module
with sending LED on opener
Opener motor runs but the door does not move
The opener is disengaged from the torque tube.
Ensure the emergency disconnect handle is in
the motor operated position.
Motor does not pivot 90° when using the
emergency disconnect
Disconnect cable has slipped inside of the
handle.
