Lithium-iron-phosphate battery
Nova-Series
Congratulations on your purchase of a WATTSTUNDE ® Lithium-Iron-phosphate LiFePO4.
To ensure that you enjoy your WATTSTUNDE® product for a long time, please read the
safety instructions, the data sheet and the warranty conditions before installation/use!
A lithium-ion battery supplies an almost constant voltage so that the loads can be operated
reliably over the entire capacity range.
Not only does it have a clear weight advantage, it also offers additional energy reserves.
The integrated BMS enables constant monitoring to ensure optimum use of the battery.
1.1 Inspection of the goods
Upon receipt of our battery, check whether the device has been damaged in any way, e.g. by
transportation damaged in any way, e.g. during transportation. If this is the case, do not use
the battery and contact your dealer/seller immediately.
At the time of delivery, the batteries are not fully charged and should be recharged in
accordance with the remaining capacity and recharging recommendations.
1.2 Areas of application
The areas of application of the battery range from stationary operation to mobile use and
thus offer a wide range of applications. 12V/24V (depending on the series) consumers or an
inverter can be operated directly on the battery.
1.3 Easy replacement of the existing battery
The dimensions of LiFePO4 batteries are similar to the most common AGM, lead acid or gel
batteries. The batteries with DIN dimensions allow a wide range of possible applications.
This means that it is not always necessary to replace the battery holder or change the
charging structure.
