Leak Sensor Error
A solid red light on the sensor indicates an error has occurred. Typically, this is due to
an issue with the sensor, its circuit board, or both. If this occurs, replace the sensor.
Unpairing a Leak Sensor
If you have a leak sensor which you need to replace or no longer want to monitor, you
can unpair it from the H2iQ E800 system as follows.
1. On the Home screen, select
Leak Sensor
.
2. Tap the
Manage Sensors
button.
3. Select the sensor you want to unpair and tap
Un-pair Sensor
.
4. Remove the batteries from the leak sensor to disable it.
5. Tap
Okay
on the H2iQ E800 system screen. The sensor should no longer
appear.
