Tool Warranty
New tool warranty
Any new tool purchased from our company or other authorized distributors or
intermediaries shall have a warranty period of 1 year from the initial calibration date,
and can also purchase extended warranty service from the company. During the
warranty and extension period, our factory or authorized service center will repair or
replace the defective parts detected by our company for free.
Paid maintenance and warranty
When the tool exceeds the warranty period of the new tool, the company will provide
paid maintenance service, and the repair or replacement parts will be provided with a
free warranty period of three months after the maintenance date.
In order to comply with the above mentioned warranty, the report submitted to the
company shall mention the problems occurred and the exact time. You need to pay the
freight to send the damaged parts to the company. When repairing the tool, the
supporting action arm shall also be sent back together.
Items not covered by warranty
In the judgment of the company, the replacement, damage, incorrect use of tools or parts
caused by excessive use, loss or incorrect storage, or the failure caused by non product
reasons such as smashing, water inflow, etc. will not be included in the warranty.
The returned tool without reaction arm will not be covered by this warranty.
Purchased parts or accessories, such as extension lines, the force arm is not included
in the warranty.
Tools that are not relabeled without our permission will not be covered by this warranty.
Non production equipment and accessories (such as measuring equipment) only enjoy
the warranty of the original manufacturer.
It will not be included in the repair if the machine is disassembled or repaired without
the permission of the company, and if the original or authorized accessories are not used.
