Process - set the process value that

will trigger a low alarm.

Deviation - set the span of units

(Must be negative number) from the
closed loop set point that will trig-
ger a low alarm.

Appears if: If Alarm Type [`A;ty] is set
to Process or Deviation Alarm
Range (Defaults are shown in bold)
