Replacing the passive-preheater assembly in a CM-30S installed in a UPC

system

5. If you are replacing the passive preheater in position 8, route its tubing

above the upper tubing guide post and then below the middle tubing

guide post adjacent to the left-hand column plate.

Requirement:

When replacing the passive preheater in position 5, 6, 7,

or 8, use the right passive preheater assembly.

6. Straighten the valve fitting end of the tubing enough to thread the

tubing through the opening at the back of the valve drip tray.

Warning:

To avoid spills, do not remove the valve's drip tray when

routing the passive-preheater tubing. All drip trays must remain

in place during the CM-30S's operation and maintenance.
