Use the short or long bar
- Upright position
- Parallel foot position, hip
distance apart, with your
knees slightly bent
- Shoulders are in a
back and relaxed position
- Position hands over bar;
thumbs facing up together
- From the 90° elbow flexion press
the bar down to full arm extension
- Wrists remain straight
- Upper arms are tucked in to the torso

Strengthens the entire back for
the perfect posture
