Use keystone grip
- Upright position, parallel
to the Training Station
- Parallel foot position,
hip width apart
- Knees are slightly
bent
- Opposite arm is extended
for support and core is stabilized
- Engage the core when raising
the arm up and outwards
- Look towards your working hand,
palm faces downwards and forearm
and arm remain straight
