Operating Limits

Every application has operating limits. Do not exceed the maximum pressure or 

speed listed below during operation.

Maximum pressure

•  Low-pressure mode—250 psi (17 bar)
•  High-pressure mode—600 psi (43 bar) 

Maximum speed

•  Low-pressure mode—3950 rpm
•  High-pressure mode—3450 rpm

Operating the pump beyond specified limits causes accelerated wear on 

components such as seals, bearings, and other parts—this can cause 

premature component failure.

NOTICE

•Premature component

 failure occurs when

 operating beyond

 system specifications.
•Do not operate the system

 beyond specifications.

Premature Failure

Operating the system beyond the operating limits or system specifications will 

void your warranty.

Operating the pump beyond recommended maximum pressure can causes 

liquid to eject at high pressure—this can cause injury to the operator and/or 

bystanders.
