Transfer Valve Removal / Installation for Reciprocating Actuator (Prior to 2000)
NOTE: The transfer valve only needs to be removed and
disassembled if it needs to be repaired.
There is a repair kit available for replacing the seals in the transfer
valve.
1. Remove the three 1/2-13 x 1 in. hex head screws that attach
the transfer valve cover to the pump body. Do not remove
the four 5/16-18 x 3/4 in. socket head screws.
2. Use the two jacking screw holes to remove the transfer
valve from the pump body.
