Cleaning
Disconnect the power plug before starting any maintenance work.
The identification plate has always to be kept in easily legible condition and has
not to be removed.
Remove external dirt from time to time with some form of cold cleaner.
Use only cold cleaners to avoid damaging the paintwork or removing the lettering.
The equipment should be cleaned at regular intervals to ensure trouble-free
operation.
It requires only normal cleaning (sponge, damp cloth, mild detergent) and no further
chemical additives.

Cleaning and/or Servicing the Chuck
WARNING: Risk of injury!
You should change the tool or the chuck only after the motorised
handpiece has come to a complete stop. Do not touch the rotating tool.
1. Open the chuck.
2. Unscrew the plastic tip by turning it manually to the left.
3. Insert the chuck key fully into the chuck.
4. Hold the shaft firmly with an adjustable wrench.
5. Undo the chuck by turning the chuck key to the left.
6. Use the brush to clean the handpiece shaft inside and out. Lubricate the shaft bore
outside the chuck with a couple of drops of oil.
7. Insert the chuck by hand.
8. Make sure the chuck mechanism is open.
9. Hold the shaft with the adjustable wrench and use the chuck key to screw the chuck
in fully.
