This unit comes with a built-in stability bar as an extra measure to
ensure the stability of the drink mixer when in use.
To use: Flip the stability bar shown in Fig. 1 to the outward
position. The bar will be locked when it engages into the detent.
When storing the unit, rotate the bar inward until seated. (Fig. 1A)
CLEANING & SANITIZING INSTRUCTIONS
TO WASH:
UNPLUG MIXER POWER CORD FROM ELECTRICAL
OUTLET. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER.
Use only low-foaming detergents formulated for cleaning
dishware and cooking utensils. These products can
be purchased from restaurant and commercial food-service
suppliers. Follow the detergent manufacturer’s instructions.
Add 12 ounces of washing solution to mixing cup and place
in normal operating position on mixer.
Press PULSE button for a minimum of two (2) minutes.
Empty cup and repeat two-minute run with 12 ounces
of water using PULSE button.
Empty cup and repeat two-minute run with 12 ounces
of sanitizing solution using PULSE button.
