1.1) No power
1.1) Activate power supply.

EMPTY VIBRATIONS.
During the test phase when running empty, the
machine vibrates.
2.1) A foreign body, rag, etc. may be jammed inside the screw
conveyor.
2.1) Remove the foreign body.
2.2) The modules comprising the screw conveyor may be
aligned badly, affecting the axiality of the machine.
2.2) Ensure that the flange bolts are tightened properly.

EXCESSIVE ENERGY CONSUMPTION
WHEN RUNNING WITHOUT LOAD.
3.1) There may be a fault in the gear motor.
3.1) Check to ensure that the motor is connected and powered
correctly and that the three-phase voltage corresponds to that
on the rating plate.
3.2) Check to make sure there is no obstruction to free sliding
of the screw conveyor
3.3) Check the condition of the liner or the plates

HEAVY VIBRATIONS WHEN MACHINE IS
OPERATING
4.1) Direction of rotation of helicoid flight is reverse.
4.1) Invert the motor poles.
4.2) A foreign body, rag, etc. may be jammed inside the screw
conveyor.
4.2) Remove the foreign body through the inspection hatch.

THE MACHINE OPERATES BUT THE
OVERLOAD CUT-OUT IS ACTIVATED AFTER
A FEW SECONDS AND THE ELECTRIC
MOTOR STOPS.
5.1)Overload cut-out calibration incorrect or undersized
5.1) Adjust or replace
5.2) Connections incorrect.
5.2) Correct the connections.
5.3) Large and/or bulky objects block the conveyor screw.

THE SCREW CONVEYOR DOES NOT
EXTRACT SOLIDS.
6.1) Check to see if solids are present in the flow.
6.1) If present, these will be extracted.
6.2) Screw conveyor jammed.
6.2) Try to rotate it in the reverse direction to expel the blocked
object.
6.3) Excessive inclination
6.3) Check the inclination with respect to the maximum
inclination permitted and if excessive, reduce it

VIBRATIONEN IM LEEREN ZUSTAND
Die Maschine weist In der Testphase im leeren
Zustand Vibrationen auf.
2.1) Ein Fremdkörper, wie ein Lappen, kann sich im Inneren
der Schnecke verfangen haben
2.1) Fremdkörper beseitigen.
2.2) Die Module, aus denen die Schnecke besteht, können
falsch ausgerichtet sein, was die Geradlinigkeit der Maschine
in Frage stellt.
2.2) Sicherstellen, daß die Schrauben auf dem Flansch fest
angezogen sind.

ZU HOHER ENERGIEVERBRAUCH IM
LEEREN ZUSTAND
3.1) Es könnte eine Störung am Untersetzungetriebe vorliegen. 3.1) Sicherstellen, daß der Motor korrekt angeschlossen und
gespeist wird und daß die Spannung der drei Phasen mit
Typenschildangaben überein-stimmt.
3.2) Sicherstellen, dass die Gleitbewegung der Schnecke nicht
behindert wird
3.3) Den Zustand des Liners oder der Platten prüfen

VIBRATIONEN IM VOLLEN ZUSTAND
WÄHREND DES BETRIEBS.
4.1) Falsche Schneckendrehrichtung.
4.1) Motor umklemmen.
4,2) Ein Fremdkörper, wie ein Lappen, kann sich im Inneren
der Schnecke verfangen haben
4.2) Fremdkörper durch die Inspektionsklappe entfernen.

QUELQUES SECONDES LE COUPE-
CIRCUIT INTERVIENT ET LE MOTEUR

5.1) Falsche Eichung des Motorschutzschalters oder zu klein
ausgelegt
5.1) Einstellen oder ersetzen
5.2) Falsche Anschlüsse.
5.2) Korrekt anschließen.
5.3) Großer oder sperriger Fremdkörper verstopft die
Förderschnecke.
5.3) Beseitigen.

DIE SCHNECKE TRÄGT KEINE
FESTSTOFFE AUS
6.1) Prüfen, ob im Strom Feststoffe vorhanden sind.
6.1) Wenn vorhanden, werden diese ausgetragen.
6.2) Schnecke verstopft.
6.2) In umgekehrter Drehrichtung laufen lassen, um den Fremd-
körper auszuwerfen.
6.3) Zu großer Anstellwinkel
6.3) Die Installation prüfen und die max. Neigung einhalten. Ist
sie zu groß, muss sie verringert werden.
